By using enbit.in you agree to these terms. Enbit Technosys's services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal with each client. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement takes priority.

1. Website content

The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular advertising result.

2. No guaranteed results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, market conditions, budgets, offers and the client's own sales process. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, return on ad spend or other outcomes.

3. Advertising spend and fees

Ad spend is paid to the advertising platform and is separate from our management fees unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients approve campaign launches and material budget changes before they take effect.

4. Platform policies

All campaigns must follow the advertising policies of Meta and any other platform used, as well as applicable laws. We may decline or pause work that would breach these policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Enbit Technosys name, logo and website content belong to Enbit Technosys. Ownership of creative work produced for clients is set out in each client agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Enbit Technosys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
